Oleum Santali is used in complaints of cough where expectoration is difficult and useful in complaints of Dry hacking cough. The remedy which is useful in cutaneous eruptions, skin complaints with moles on face, acne and spots. Oleum also reduces the violent pains in the liver associated with urinary complaints. Male complaints: Oleum Santali is beneficial in painful in erections, deep pain in the perineum. It helps to reduce the secretion, Gleety profuse discharges that cause irritation and swelling of the penis. Urinary complaints: Oleum santali helps in symptoms of frequent urination, with no force while passing urine, scanty urination. A remedy which relieves the Burning sensation which is aggrvated while urination. Swelling of Bladder with acute pain in the Kidney region, is cured with help of Oleum santali. Oleum santali helps to improve the flow of urine which is slow and small. Pain in the urethra with sensation of heavy weight is checked with this remedy.
