Stuffed up in the evening, making breathing difficult. Sleepiness after even a moderate meal with sleeplessness in the evening. Often indicated after abuse of Iron tonics, after excess of work indicates Mutabillis. Old cases of psoriasis, little flat, brownish patches about the size of the thumb nail.
