It relieves sharp pain in epigastric region Brownish red, clear urination with large amount of urates and ammonia is an indication for this remedy. It acts powerfully on the liver. Rumbling in the abdomen, diarrhea from mental exertion Yellow, watery or thin fecal, oily stool due to jaundice is relieved with Kali picricum.
