Causes & Symptoms for Argentum Oxydatum It causes Inflammation of the mucous membranes of the eyes, nose, mouth, pharynx, larynx, urethra and vagina. Acts on mucous membranes and on the skin, it causes vomiting, purging and violent gastro intestinal inflammation Induration and fatty degeneration of glandular system. Thick and tenacious mucus with difficulty in breathing. Great aversion to tobacco, much phlegm with cough. Aggravation from mental exertion. Prostration of mind. Ideas deficient. Mind and Head Mentally dull and sluggish with various phobias and fears. Mouth and Throat Great dryness of mouth with increased thirst. Dryness of larynx and hoarseness is an indication for Argentum Oxydatum. Generalities Night Aggravation is an indication for this remedy. Feels better in the open air, by pressure and by motion.
